Feeling stressed? Overwhelmed by classroom prep and paperwork? Not enough time for family and self? Short on sleep and rest? Then you need to attend this workshop!

“Healthy Coping Strategies for Busy Educators” presented by Dr. Sondra Beres, professor and director of Counselor Education Programs at City University of Seattle.

Who: In-service and pre-service educators

What: A networking reunion to increase your professional learning community plus a workshop on identifying and recognizing effects of stress on the mind and body, recognizing warning signs of stress in oneself, and creating a timely, self-care management plan to mitigate stressors.
